This festive piece carries six adorable holiday characters around and around in a cheery lighted display. You can have the lights blinking or non blinking. In good functioning working order, rotates around in a circle with colorful lights. Shows some signs of wear from age and use. There is some small areas on the blue snowflake material that have started to tear with the thread coming apart can easily be sewed back together no big tears. The Merry Christmas blue snowflake material that connects to the velcore around the red plastic pole has been repaired on one side. The power cord is in good condition no tears. Overall in decent condition, has been cleaned up. Please see pictures for details. Comes with stakes to be secured to the ground.
