Has 2 working lights cords. Has original cross on top of the steeple, many of these are missing that. In very good condition, paint is very good. Has one small dent on the upper right front corner and 2 small hairline cracks right around there. Can hardly see them, just wanted you to know that they are there. A very hard Christmas decoration to find and in this good of shape is even more difficult. This is in 2 parts, the steeple is screwed on with 2 screws. CLOSER TO THE HOLIDAYS THE PRICE WILL GO UP!
