Gemmy 2006 12.5ft Airblown Inflatable Haunted House Halloween Gargoyle Lawn Decoration. This is a used RARE Gemmy 2006 12.5ft Tall Haunted House Airblown Halloween Inflatable. Despite this having 3 strong fans, it does struggle to stay upright in some areas (please read suggestions below). The spooky music and lights box works well. A couple bulbs need to be replaced inside the house and there are a couple places were the stitching is a little loose and covered with gaffer tape to prevent air loss. The fans have been cleaned recently, but this large inflatable does struggle to stand on its own without setting it up perfectly in ideal weather. If you have a high branch (15ft+ as this haunted house is probably closer to 14ft tall) to set it up under and a tall ladder, I suggest tying some of the tethers to the eyelets and the branch to make it really stand up properly. I have also done the same by attaching some tethers to the roof of my house, but it doesn't work as well as under a branch due to the tethers being angled and the haunted house being close to a wall. I've heard tell of others adding a 4th fan to make it stand freely, but I haven't tried this (there are at least two other zippered spots that could be modified to where a 4th fan could be placed). It was used for a few seasons. Gemmy is not making these large houses anymore but mainly focusing on smaller blow up characters probably due to the complexity and complications with the houses. Please keep this in mind before purchasing this large haunted house. Some issues with it may occur. The fabric may need to be sealed up from a small hole/tear, lights may need to be replaced, and most notably a stronger fan/fans may need to be used. Nylon material is in very nice condition, though a couple stitching spots have been covered with gaffer tape to prevent air loss. Does not appear to have any unsealed leaks/holes but it is possible they were not discovered. All zippers by fans and in other areas work properly. A couple of the light bulbs need replacing. Sound/motion box works well (requires AA batteries). All 12 Small metal stakes. All 20 Large metal stakes. Does NOT include extra fuses or light bulbs (I have kept one burnt-out bulb in for referencealso in manual).
