GEMMY Christmas 6' Airblown Inflatable Snowman Snow Globe 2006 Rotating Light Up

  

Does not look like it was used outside or in the grass/dirt. Once inflated it will spin a little and then stop and then spin a little more and then stop. Not sure if this is how it originally worked. I can send video of it if needed.
