Made in Tarboro, NC, USA by Empire Plastic Corp. Some signs of wear are consistent with age and use, including paint loss on the face, broom, and hat (all shown in close-up photos). Structurally sound with no cracks.

She is in excellent condition for her age. All imperfections are noted in photos.
