Made in the USA (model 23502), this cheerful snowman wears a black top hat with a red band, a green scarf, red mittens, and holds a candy cane. (Light scuffs and small paint wear as shown in photos, missing one button and pipe). No longer manufactured since General Foam closed in 2017 - a great find for collectors!
